Of course, I got the blog title from Yoda, a fictional Star Wars character but the message is clear. Yoda was directing the young Luke Skywalker to stop trying and just do! In the same vein, this goes for all of us when we're contemplating making a move. We sit and process, process, hesitate and circle back enough to make ourselves nauseous. Overthinking consumes your energy, disables your ability to make decisions, and wastes your time.

You need to make a decision and act. After you realize that thinking once, or a just a few times is enough you become more efficient, more peaceful and happier. Now carry on and DO!
